Develop investigative due diligence skills using
Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) & the CRAWL framework
During this 4-week self-paced course, students will focus on different aspects of investigative due diligence. Predicated on the CRAWL framework, students will receive lectures, learning objectives, reading assignments and homework to master due diligence investigations.
This four-week course will focus on the following business due diligence learning objectives:
The business due diligence mindset and approach
Researching businesses and their people
Evaluate business relationships and roles
Identify and analyze business types and structures
Explain business structures and understand business ecosystems
Understand investigative targets' connections
Synthesize analysis & write final report
Business Due Diligence Course:
March 3 through March 28, 2025
Students will receive lectures, reading materials and assignments each week. The course will conclude with a final exam.
This course uses OSINT: The Authoritative Guide to Due Diligence as the foundation for the materials presented.
