Week 4 (Telegram & WhatsApp) – This webinar will examine how to effectively use Telegram and WhatsApp for social media investigations, with a focus on their unique communication dynamics. Attendees will learn how Telegram serves as a hub for protest groups and large community channels, providing insights into coordinated events and public sentiment. Additionally, the session will explore how WhatsApp is used for international discussions, often revealing regional perspectives information flows within private group settings.
