This class is a two-part series with the first day (July 17) focusing on the critical role of due diligence in identifying and minimizing potential risks in global operations. Participants will learn how to assess business partnerships, investments, and third-party relationships through a comprehensive, global lens. The session covers key techniques for gathering and analyzing information across various jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with international regulations. Attendees will leave with practical strategies to enhance their due diligence processes and protect their organizations from financial, legal, and reputational risks.
The second day (July 23) of this class will be a workshop and fire-side chat with an Hg expert to discuss the findings that were given in day one. Delve into the mind of an Hg expert analyst on tips and tricks for efficient due diligence report writing and techniques.
Webinar Objectives
Upon completion, webinar attendees will be able to:
• Conduct global due diligence investigations
• Navigate and utilize social networks in specific countries
• Spot indicators to fraudulent practices and shell companies.
• Workshop with an Hg analyst for the best tips and tricks related to these investigations.
